- Barista/Front of House: This position includes welcoming, interacting with and serving customers, making coffee drinks, serving food and beverages - including beer and wine, cashiering, restocking and receiving inventory, light janitorial duties, and keeping the whole cafe clean, safe and well organized. Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Cook/Back of House: This position includes preparing Mediterranean food and baked goods according to established recipes and procedures, delivering food to customers' tables in a friendly manner, restocking and receiving inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe and well-organized kitchen and storage area. Minimum age: 16 years old.
Compensation:
Pay is commensurate with experience. Includes tips which are shared across the front and back of house.
