CPA Leadership Workshop Series: Strengths-Based Leadership Development
The 3rd Workshop of  CPA Leadership Workshop Series and Coaching Program in collaboration with Claremont Graduate University’s Positive Organizational Psychology program will take place next Tues, August 27 from 3-4 pm in 105 Annenberg.

Topic: Strengths-Based Leadership Development.

Uncovering and understanding one’s strengths can be transformative.  The most effective leaders lead with their strengths. This workshop will inform participants about the use of strengths in leadership development.  The workshop will address the following questions:

-What are strengths?
-What is the research behind strengths?
-What tools are available to help me uncover my strengths?
-What are ways to incorporate my strengths into my life?

This workshop is for anyone who would like to learn about leadership development using strengths as a guide.  Participants who have already taken a strengths assessment are welcome to bring their results to the workshop, but it is not a requirement.  The workshop will benefit both people who have taken a strengths assessment already, and people who have not.

“The key to human development is building on who you already are.” – Tom Rath

This is a great opportunity to develop your leadership and soft skills!

Coffee and cookies will be served. RSVP is required as space is limited.
