The position can be FT/remote/with benefits for residents of Florida or Pennsylvania OR contract for residents of other states. This is a non-manager position with an opportunity for growth.

Our Hiring Process
1. Selected candidates will participate in an initial 15-minute phone/Zoom interview.

2. We’ll further review/interview a narrower pool of candidates before making our final choice. Examples of questions we may ask during our interview(s):
- How would you change this marketing promotion? (We’ll provide a few to look at.)
- How would you solve this problem? (We’ll describe some.)
- Is there something you wished you knew about applying or paying for college before you went to school? Please explain.
- Do you prefer to work in a team environment or independently? Why?
- What project (writing/marketing related) are you most proud of to date?
- What’s the most valuable work lesson you’ve learned?
- Put the following assignments in order of preference (1 - least interested, 5 most interested): researching and writing an article, editing an article, coming up with a "marketing hook" for an email campaign, analyzing campaign results, coordinating campaign deadlines
