This exciting project, funded by the City of Port Phillip Community Grants Program 2020-21, gives free individual mentoring and workshops, as well as the support, tools and tips to create firstly a gathering of neighbours and then an ongoing group.

We are seeking committed local people with a welcoming and inclusive attitude, a willingness to work with others and a love for their community. If you have a partner, neighbour or friend who is also keen, please ask them to register their interest also, and you could do this as a team.

There will be two workshops, with one to one mentoring in between, from experienced Connectors who will share their wealth of knowledge to make your event a success! Please register for workshop 1 and 2 below.

Workshop 2: Create your neighbour group - sharing our event stories, tips and tools for an ongoing neighbour group. Please choose your preferred date.

Wednesday 26 May 6.30pm-8.30pm (at the Betty Day Community Centre, St Kilda)

For the mentoring part of the program, we will be checking in with you by phone from time to time. Please indicate your preferred times to be contacted (around 10-15 minute calls). Note: We can be more specific with you as we go about times -these are just general times below.
