Summer Missions Trip
WHAT
We will be heading to Indianapolis and partnering with Shepherd Community Center to help serve their neighborhood in various ways.  This 3 day, 2 night trip will include several service opportunities, learning about our call as Christians to serve, exploring the community, and bonding as a group.

WHEN
June 1-3, 2020.  We will leave HNAZ Monday morning at 7:00am and will return Wednesday afternoon around 4:00pm.

WHERE
We will be staying at Sherherd Community Church of the Nazarene (4107 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46201)

PRICE
The cost of the trip is $120 and will include all meals, a t-shirt, all activities, and all supplies.  Students may bring (optional) some spending money for any additional snacks during the trip.

THINGS TO BRING
Clothes - 2 days worth of work clothes, 3 days worth of casual dress.  Do not bring immodest or suggestive clothing.
Sleeping Stuff - Bring a pillow and either a sleeping bag or a small air mattress and any blankets/sheets you may need.
Personal Items - Toiletries, towel, and washcloth
Misc. Items - Water bottles, sunglasses, sunscreen, any prescription medication (given to Pastor Kody ahead of time), frisbees, playing cards, etc.
Most Important! - A Bible, a journal, a pen, and a great attitude!

DEADLINES
Registration is due Wednesday, May 13.  All money is due Sunday, May 31.

IMPORTANT:  No student will be turned away for financial reasons.  PLEASE contact Pastor Kody with ANY concerns that may prevent you from going.

I hereby give my permission for my child to attend these activities with Huntington First Church of the Nazarene.  In case of routine or emergency attention, I grant my permission to the directors of the activity to authorize such treatment by a qualified nurse, physician, or hospital and release the necessary information to the insurance company.  I hereby indemnify and hold harmless Huntington First Church of the Nazarene from any and all claims for injuries or damages arising from or in connection with my child's participation in this activity.  Furthermore, I understand the guidelines for this event and will encourage my child to adhere to them. *
