If you signed up to be a member of the Blood Drive Crew the day of our upcoming blood drive, please read carefully through the roles and responsibilities you are expected to understand and accept. Please note that breaking policy of your role may warrant your removal from the Blood Drive Crew.

Ghosts: Responsible for watching people who have just donated and help them from donation chair to snack chair (4 people max, 1 is an office runner who notifies the office of any reactions). First, second and third shift members: Shift members are responsible for running passes as needed, assisting donors before and after donation takes place, and helping with other areas of need. Alternative crew member: Would like to fill in any spots if needed, NOT guaranteed a spot.  ALL MEMBERS WORKING GHOST OR FIRST SHIFT MUST ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 6:45 AM!

Working on the Blood Drive Crew is a privilege and is one earned based on your ability to stay on task, remain focused and follow specific directions. This responsibility SHOULD NOT be taken lightly. You are caring for those donating blood and in some cases, you may have to be mindful of donor reaction/needs. AT NO TIME, should you be on your cell phone, doing work for other courses or eating food in or near the drive.  Failure to meet these responsibilities/duties may result in relieving crew members of their duties.
