I hereby release Halton Peel Armenian Saturday School/Saint Vartan Armenian Church and its staff from all liability, whether direct or indirect, and I hereby waive all claims, demands and actions which I have or may have against Halton Peel Armenian Saturday School/Saint Vartan Armenian Church and its staff, for any damages, costs and expenses, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage or lost or stolen property in respect of any allegation of negligence, negligent misrepresentation, breach of statutory duty, breach of the Occupier's Liability Act and breach of contract by Halton Peel Armenian Saturday School/Saint Vartan Armenian Church and its staff, arising from or connected with participation in any activity contemplated by this Registration, and furthermore, I hereby indemnify Halton Peel Armenian Saturday School/Saint Vartan Armenian Church and its staff from and against any such claims which may be made against the School by any third party. I have read, understand and accept the terms and conditions on this form.
