AIMPAC SUMMER OSC PROGRAM - Registration Request Form 
NOTE: This is a request to reserve your space in our OSC Summer Program. You will be notified in one of two ways within two business days of receiving your request:

1) APPROVED! An application will be sent via email. You will be required to formally submit this second application and pay the $100 Membership/Application Fee at this time to secure your space. 

2) ADDED TO WAITLIST: Due to limited space in the program, your Registration Request has been added to the waitlist. We will reach out to you should a space open for your child!

Please note this program is for School-aged children in Grades 1-5. Children starting Grade 1 in Fall 2023 would not qualify for this OSC program. Instead, please ask our team for more information about our Creative Kinders Full Day program!
