Registration for Pilates and Make Your Own Creation Workshop!
Pilates with inspirational food workshop

 Welcome to the registration for Restorative Pilates and Make your own led by professional Pilates instructor Sarah Kermalli who is also the creator of sculpted kitchen and has been making vegan friendly foods for years. 

We will do 30 minutes of invigorating Pilates followed by a workshop to create your own chia pudding/energy ball/raw bars (depending on what you select) to take home. 

All supplies and groceries will be supplied. All you have to do is bring your creativity!

This event will take place at 40 Puccini Drive in Richmond Hill.
