2024 Student Registration Form
Congratulations on your nomination as a 2024 Essex County SBA Unsung Hero. We are very excited for our upcoming Awards Ceremony and hoping you are able to attend.

As per your invitation, this year's event will take place on Thursday, April 11, 2024. The location is West Essex High School, 65 West Greenbrook Road, North Caldwell, NJ 07006.

Check-In will begin at 6:00 PM and the event will begin promptly at 6:30 PM and conclude with a reception of light refreshments immediately following the ceremony. 

Please complete the information before by Thursday, March 28, 2024, to ensure proper planning. A final confirmation will be sent to all registrants the week of the event.
