Schedule: 9am setup start time, vendors should be set up and ready by 11:30.

There will be an area to unload and load and will be kept to a 15min limit to allow all vendors to access this area.

Event: 12:00 - 4:00PM

VENDOR FEE

$25 for a 10'x10' space.

Vendor booths will be set up in the parking lot, so bring your pop-up canopy's, weights etc.

**Vendor tables, chairs, and tents are NOT provided.

**No electricity will be provided.

All vendor fees will be required to be paid within 10 days of application and must be paid at District 70 in the form of CASH or CHECK located at 3830 S Meridian Ave, Wichita, KS 67217.

Upon completion of your online application you will receive an email within 24-48hrs to collect payment of $25, please watch your email for this.

MLM vendors please note if you are planning on selling those items as we will expect all to adhere to your company policies.

All vendor fees are collected and used for marketing, promo, and venue expenses. Any remaining funds will be donated to IAMW Veterans Program.

By applying you agree to be present during the entire event 12:00-4:00 PM. You agree to be professional and courteous at all times to customers and other vendors. This is a rain or shine event, no refunds.

Maintain product liability insurance and all food licenses if applicable.

Comply with requests and venue requests by event organizers and volunteers.

Be respectful and courteous to all customers, visitors, vendors and volunteers

Drop off vendor fee within 10 days.

Forfeit any vendor fees in the event you as the vendor cancel or choose not to attend.

Share and promote the event on social media platforms

No selling/display of illegal or explicit products or materials.

Provide your own tables, chairs, tent, tent weights, etc to set up.

Be on time and present the entire event.

Release from liability District 70 Local Lodge and employees/volunteers for any damages, injury or loss that may arise out of participation.
