⁃ Introduction and brief statement of intention (why you would like to attend RTW). Please include what year(s) you attended CDI summer and location(s).
⁃Clickable link to dance reel on Vimeo or YouTube
⁃Clickable link to online artist presence (website and/or social media artist page)
⁃Short Artist Bio (35 words or less)
