We are very excited to announce that plans are underway for Galena’s 5th Annual Pride Picnic in Grant Park on June 14th, 2025 from Noon-5pm! The event will be organized and run solely by volunteers and the Galena Public Library District, a local non-profit organization.

By submitting this Vendor Application, you (hereafter referred to as "Vendor") agree to comply with the following. Please check all the boxes. *

Vendor Fee: $30.00 ($10 resource booths - no sales) per booth space
Make checks for the Pride Picnic vendor fee payable to: Galena Public Library with Pride Picnic notated in the memo line.

Make checks for the Itinerant Merchants & Itinerant Vendor Application, Lunch Stand Application, and/or Application for Class "E" Liquor License payable to: City of Galena. Self Guided Photo Op Tour *
We will be providing Photo Op Passports to guests as they arrive in the park.

Vendors are encouraged to create a photo op as a part of their booth space. This could be a backdrop or setting, a person in costume, something interactive, etc.

Having a photo op at your booth will encourage guests to visit your booth, walk around the entire picnic, and make social media posts. The last stop on the passport will the be library's table, where guests will show their completed passport and redeem a prize.

Photo ops must be within the confines of the of the 10x10 booth space. Activities must be allowable within Grant Park. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.

Do you need electricity?

Electricity is available on a first come, first serve basis. Selecting "yes" does not guarantee electricity will be available. Food trucks will need to arrive equipped with their own generator for electricity.

Do you intend to sell prepared food? *
Vendors who intend to serve food or beverages, must submit a "Lunch Stand Application." Do you plan to serve alcoholic beverages?
Vendors who intend to sell alcoholic beverages must submit the Application for Class "E" Liquor License. The application can be found here: http://www.cityofgalena.org/en/city_services/forms_and_applications/business_forms/

Once this Vendor Application is submitted, Vendor will not be considered until the following (where applicable) are submitted to the Galena Public Library:
