Lifecycle Marketing Champion
LuxMiss is looking for part/full time Lifecycle Marketing Champion to join our Marketing team!
• Own the customer lifecycle across key channels including email, SMS, push and on-site experiences with a specific focus on driving acquisition, retention and re-acquisition
• Develop the strategy for and implement marketing automation and personalization across the funnel to improve retention, increase CLTV and drive high engagement in marketing channels
• Compose creative briefs that clearly communicate business objectives and collaborate with our cross-functional partners (design, engineering, BI) to put new blast, triggered and transactional campaigns in place
• Oversee the health of our subscriber lists, advocating for email best practices and protecting deliverability, engagement and inboxing
• Guide the iterative experiments that help us optimize campaigns and drive incremental value
• Help us stay on top of the best and most innovative tools to support the lifecycle program. We want our marketing approach to be as innovative as the brand itself
• Conduct advanced customer analytics to inform new engagement strategies and tactics
