Children's Sunday School Registration Form

During the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Sunday School for preschoolers, kindergarteners, and 1st graders takes place in the churchyard on the first and third Sundays of the month. Sunday School for 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders takes place in the churchyard on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. Sunday School begins at 9:00 a.m. on September 26 for 2nd-5th grade, and on October 3 for preschool-1st grade.

Please use one form per family. Multiple children can be registered for Sunday School using the short answer boxes in the first section of the form. Note that 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade parents will be asked to shepherd, or assist, their child's class on a rotating basis.
