Our country is in shock and mourning, again, after the horrific murder of at least 19 school children and 2 teachers in Uvalde, Texas. This is the 27th school shooting of 2022.  Generations of children are growing up in a country where shootings and active shooter drills are part of their everyday life.

This epidemic of gun violence and senseless murders has to stop. Children are dying. Something has to change.
