2022-2023: Registration--Alumni and Current Waitlist Families
Please complete this form in its entirety for ALL children in your family you wish to enroll in the 2022-2023 school year.  Children NOT listed on this form will NOT receive priority placement if you elect to sign them up at a later date.

You will be assigned a place in the virtual line based on the time this form is submitted.  We must, however, receive all fees (Registration and May 2023 Tuition Deposit ONLY), a PRINTED completed copy of the student application(s), and proof of ID by Friday, January 28th at 2pm.

**Proof of ID can be a copy of your child's birth certificate or passport.

We will contact families within a week if your first choice is not available.  If you do not receive your 1st choice and wish to receive a refund, we will return all fees paid.

**If you DO NOT hear from us by Friday, February 4th, you are CONFIRMED for your FIRST choice(s)!

Application drop-off this year is contact-free.  You may drop off registration fees and forms in our 8th street garden-side lockbox (Located in the garden on the 8th street side of the building with the slides) any time before 9am or after 1pm on weekdays or mail it to our PO box address:

As a reminder:  

Please...
DO NOT sign your family up for online registration more than once.
DO NOT send your registration packet to our physical school address.
DO NOT sign up a student for only one day of PDO.  

Please...
DO make sure your payment amount is correct by referencing the tuition schedule.
DO make sure your child meets the age requirement listed in the class schedule.
DO make sure you fill out all the required information and click SUBMIT at the end.

Finally, be sure you read the application agreement.  ALL fees submitted at the time of registration are completely NON-REFUNDABLE. Withdrawal from a registered class for ANY REASON will result in a complete loss of these fees.

***Families interested in CWP Morning Care:

CWP Morning care is offered on a semester basis for sign-up (i.e. fall & spring) from 8:30 am- 9:30 am on school days.   Priority will be given to families selecting morning care for EVERYDAY their child is enrolled and class minimums and maximums apply.  Please let us know below if you are interested in this program and we will follow up prior to the new school year.
