Lunch Order Form
If you are a parent, grandparent, or family member, we would love to invite you to come eat with your student.  Please be sure you are on the contact list we've been provided by your students parent during registration.  If you are approved, complete the form below and bring $5.50 (includes tea) with you in small bills (due to change shortage).  No debit cards please as we do not have that option.  Please be sure you place your order by 8:30 a.m. ON or BEFORE the day you plan to visit.  Any orders after 8:30 a.m. on the day you plan to visit may not be processed.
