Boarding Release
If your pet is a returning guest, we will just have a few questions for you to answer at drop off.
We are more than happy to give you a tour of the kennel and yard areas, feel free to ask!
During your pet’s stay, we can send you updates via text or email – just let us know at check in how best to reach you.
You may request that your pet receive a bath, nail trim or other treatment at an additional cost during their stay.
We recommend you bring their regular diet to decrease any upset stomachs from a new food.
We provide Hill’s Science Diet Chicken & Barley food to our boarders who do not bring their own diets.
All pets are required to be up to date on vaccines, intestinal parasite and flea preventative.

I understand that in the event of an emergency or illness while boarding, Delhomme Animal Clinic will treat my pet for illness at my expense. I understand that my pet needs to be current on all vaccinations and free from internal and external parasites. This policy protects my pet as well as other animals. If my pet is not current on vaccinations or shows signs of any parasites, these treatments will be done at my expense. *
I grant Delhomme Animal Clinic permission to post my pet’s picture, story and medical information on social media. *
