According to our records, you will be vacating your unit. Your security deposit, less any deductions, will be refunded within 30 days. If a balance is owed, you will have 30 days to pay that balance before the account is sent to collections. The start of the 30 days to pay begins on the date your deposit letter is mailed/sent.

In order to receive your security deposit, the following steps should be followed:
1) All terms and conditions of rental agreement have been met. 2) Upon vacating premises Resident(s) promised to pay all charges in full. 3) Clean entire residence and remove all trash and other debris from premises. 4) Lock and fasten all doors and windows. 5)When ALL resident(s) are out, return ALL unit/ mailbox/ bedroom/ storage keys, garage openers, and gate openers to TOP NOTCH CLEMSON REALTY labeled with your address and name. One person must fill out a Deposit Transmittal Form. There will be an automatic $50.00 charge for any keys not returned. 6) The Transmittal Form must include a forwarding address of the DESIGNATED resident to receive the security deposit check. If you are on a individual lease all residents must fill out their own form and list their bedroom location. If you are on a joint lease only ONE check will be mailed to the listed address to then be dispersed to the resident(s) by the designated resident. A $70.00 service charge will be automatically charged for any service work needed, plus cost of materials.
