KAIP REGISTRUOTIS:

Registracijos forma pateikta apačioje; užpildykite formą ir atlikite atlikite 20 EUR depozitinį mokėjimą už stovyklą. Vietų skaičius ribotas (iki 30 vaikų). 

Pagal depozito gavimo datą bus priskirta stovyklos kaina (stovyklos kaina 60 EUR; registruojantis paskutinę savaitę prieš stovyklą - 70 EUR). Įmoka negrąžinama, tačiau gali būti perkelta į bet kurią kitą AKS organizuojamą stovyklos pamainą.

Likusią sumą už stovyklą sumokėsite pavedimu prieš pat stovyklą arba grynais jau atvykę į stovyklą. 

Paskutinį trečiadienį prieš stovyklą atsiunčiame Savaitgalio stovyklos sutartį, Tėvų sutikimo pavyzdį, Taisyklių sąrašą, (pasirašytus dokumentus atsivešite į Stovyklą arba galėsite atsiųsti skanuotus el. paštu) bei Tvarkaraštį;

HOW TO REGISTER?

Registration form is listed below; fill in the form and to complete the registration please pay a 20 EUR deposit after filling in the registration form. The number of participants is limited (up to 30 participants). 

Camp price depends on when we receive your deposit (the camp costs 60 EUR; 70 EUR if you register during the last week before the camp). The payment is not refundable, but can be moved to any other AKS camp shift.

Important! Only after receiving the 20 EUR deposit, we book a place for you in the camp shift and send a confirmation via your e-mail address.

You will be asked to pay the rest of the camp price by making a bank transfer or in cash when you arrive at the camp.

The Wednesday before the camp we send out Weekend camp Agreement, Parental consent form, List of Rules, and the timetable;

Suprantu, kad priklausomai nuo pandeminės situacijos Lietuvoje ir Vyriausybės nurodymų galiu būti įpareigotas prieš stovyklą pateikti visus dalyvio sveikatos dokumentus, kurie gali būti privalomi, norint dalyvauti renginyje uždaroje patalpoje su daug žmonių (pvz. Galimybių pasas, neigiamo COVID testo išrašas ir pan.) / I understand that depending on the severity of pandemic and Lithuanian Government regulations I might be asked to provide obligatory health documents before the camp in order to be able to participate in an indoor event with many people (such as Green Pass, negative COVID test result and the like).
