Terms of Service

Please read the following to avoid problems

Payment

Payment is done through PayPal and 50% of it - upfront.
The rest of the price are paid after approving the completed piece before receiving the high-res version

Turnaround time

Generally from 1 to 3 days;
The exact timeframe depends on individual art complexity and will be discussed personally

Refunds

Your upfront payment can be refunded before the line sketch approval. No refunds are available after that

Revisions

Major revisions are allowed only on the line sketch and color sketch stages
Only minor non-intrusive revisions can be done for free after that.

Late major revisions have to be agreed on and additionaly pre-paid

Final piece details

I will send you a high-res PNG copy of the image in the messenger if available or as a Google Drive link otherwise

Proper use

As the artist of the commissioned piece, I reserve the right to use it personally:

I can post the artwork on my social media
I can use the artwork for my portfolio
I can use it as an example for commissions

*if you wish to keep your commissioned work in private and not be uploaded, please inform me right away.

As a commissioner,

You are allowed to:

Use the artwork for personal purposes
Post it on social media (as long as credited)
Print it (as long as you do not sell it)

You are NOT allowed to:

Remove my watermark (for art commissioned after 19.10.22)
Modify the artwork
Claim it as yours
Profit off of my art by selling and producing products with my art on it without my explicit permission

Commercial use *

I will not use the commissioned art for profit

I want to commission the art for commercial usage (final price discussed separately)

Do you agree to the ToS? *
