LCA Student Agreement Form 2022-2023
Students in grades 7-12 eligible to attend Leopard Cyber Academy (LCA) are held accountable for their work by keeping pace with classroom time-line due dates, fulfilling the daily time on task requirements and completing their work at the established expectation percentage until successfully completing the course(s) assigned.  

In order for students to be successful at home- based learning in LCA, they must consistently demonstrate effective daily independent work habits and have a personal commitment to learning.  Strong parental support and participation is vital to student success.  

It is the position of the Liberty Local School District that students who lack these qualities are not good candidates for remote learning in the cyber program and may not be accepted to participate.

Overdue activities will not exceed three (3) by the end of each month of the school calendar.

I understand that a regular monthly check on overdue work will be administered by the mentor. All overdue work past the allowable 3 activities at each month’s end will be teacher-graded at 50% credit by the mentor and the student will be advanced to the next scored activity. Have not accessed course work in any subject for 14 consecutive days or more. (5.) Are not practicing effective study strategies i.e. skipping instructional content and go directly to assessments. (6.) Have been found cheating and are under
