At Respite in the Round, a healing space in rural North Carolina about 40 minutes north of Durham

The changing seasons provide an important invitation to reset, recenter, and resource ourselves. As we reckon with the increasing heat and ever-expanding toll of climate change, it is crucial that we look for daily ways to manage the heat, reduce the friction, and minimize the impact of the seemingly endless summer...

In the buildup to the Summer Solstice and the official start of summer, join Patty Adams for an outdoor offering combining yoga, community building, and an exploration of how to attune with the seasonal shifts to navigate change with more ease. Includes herbal support tea.

Investment: $50+
Sliding scale by request

This space is about attuning with Nature, embodied practice, rest and nourishment, ritual
