- how to incorporate it into your training
- why it's essential for you as a runner
- where you can do this in your training
- how to do the drill along with your other training routine drills to train your strengths as a runner.
You will also get the opportunity to try this move and receive feedback from us on your form and technique!
There will also be time at the end to ask us questions.
