Parent/Student Commitment Form 22-23
At Anchorage P.A.I.D.E.I.A. Cooperative School we believe that learning takes place everywhere, not just inside the four walls of a classroom.  Due to the nature of this blended learning program at our school, we require parental commitments to help facilitate the learning progress of each student.  This takes place on many levels and looks different for each student.  However, for EVERY student, it shows support from home.
