COMMISSION FORM

Hi! Thank you so much for your interest. Filling out this form is applying for a personal commission slot, but not a guarantee of one. I'll try to respond as soon as I can but can't guarantee I'll be able to respond to every one. Please be aware, my commission queue may currently be full. In that case, consider this a waitlist for when they open up again. By filling out this form, you agree and understand the following: - Personal commission rates do not transfer commercial rights. The art may not be used by the commissioner in any for-profit situation, including but not limited to: Prints, tee shirts or crypto tokens. Use for private events and occasions such as, for example, printing off t shirts for a wedding party or birthday are fine. - I may offer the finished artwork as a print in my store (and can send you some complimentary copies for free if you request). If you'd like a printed copy of a commission I don't intend to add to my store, you'll have to pay the additional printing/ shipping fee. Please specify at the beginning if you would prefer it to be a one off. - Once accepted, 50% is required up front before I start, with the other 50% being due at the end. The final full resolution files will be sent after the invoice has been fully paid. All payment is via PayPal invoice, which I'll send once your commission slot is accepted. Once I start work on your commission, it becomes non refundable. - Any prices/ rates listed here are examples. If your request is very detailed, or you require a detailed Background, this may add to the total cost. - Changes/ Fixes: At the rough sketch to pencil stages, I'm happy to make adjustments (within reason), but once the final pencils are approved and I move onto linework, any future changes (not including simple colour adjustments) will incur additional costs due to additional time required. - If you request original, not digital artwork, you will receive a high resolution JPEG or PNG (or both if you like) once payment is complete. I don't generally give the PSD or CSP file. If you only request a digital illustration, same as above follows. - References: Please include links to references for your character and anything that will help communicate what you'd like from your commission (for example, specific poses, details, accessories). If you have no previous art of your character and you'd like me to design your character based on your description and references, this may cost more. - Timeframe: If you have a specific deadline, please let me know. Otherwise, commissions usually take between 1-10 weeks depending on my current queue. Once accepted, I'll be able to give you a more accurate idea of how long your commission may take, but it may still take a little longer than I planned. Paying the initial 50% books your slot, but it may take a couple of weeks before I can start, so please be aware of this. - NSFW: I do not do any not safe for work art. Humor is one thing, but no nudity, or anything sexual.
