A workshop that inspire and help to reduce stress and anxiety in daily life

Filling in a Mandala have recently become a well known technique for stress relief; every other person have a colouring in book of mandalas at home. In this workshop you will learn a few techniques on how to make your own mandala. The trainer will guide you through the process of the first technical steps to filling it with more or less personal content.

This workshop is for all levels, as long as you are curious. It will be as advanced as you want it to be. Come and fill in ready made mandalas or make your own with more or less emotional content. Sofias vision for this workshop is to inspire and help you to reduce stress and anxiety in your daily life.

Sofia Holt

The goal of Sofia’s art and design is to help and motivate people. She processes her own thoughts and experiences of difficulties that she, or her friends encounter functionally or emotionally. She prefers the design process to be investigative, with a large part being hands-on work. The result is an object, a picture, a space, a concept, a lecture or a workshop. The message is usually colourful and inclusive, with a touch of humor. Sofia aim for transparent production, while staying sustainable and environmentally friendly. She wants to deliver easily accessible, organic options for ordinary people. The latest project has focused on motivating women to feel that they are good as they are and for Sofia to learn how to develop her own full collection of useful products.
