The next Global Climate Strike is taking place on April 19th, in New York City and Fridays For Future NYC is organizing a youth-led march dubbed the Climate Emergency Strike starting at 2pm at Foley Square!
Young people and people of all generations are going to be taking to the streets of lower Manhattan to demand that President Biden Declare A Climate Emergency, and demanding an end to the era of fossil fuels in solidarity with people around the world.
The strike in NYC is also part of a coordinated youth-led wave of actions taking place 4/19-4/22 at campuses and cities across the country calling on President Biden to Declare A Climate Emergency.
