康文署與荃灣青年空間合作，在荃灣區推行「十八有藝」社區演藝計劃，透過可延續及深化的活動在區內推廣表演藝術，讓市民觀賞之外，更可以參與其中，親身體驗藝術如何令大眾與社區更有活力。
"Dance Up Hi! II " is a one-year dance training program held in Tsuen Wan. Through a series of trial class, workshops, demonstrations and performances, children, youth and the elderly can have an in-depth understanding and experience of the art of dance. It also provides opportunities for residents in the district to get in touch with dance and performing arts activities.
