Congratulations on taking this very important step!

I know you haven't signed up yet, but you have raised your hand to let me know that you need some help and that's a great first step.

This program is not a group program it's one on one. Ideally we will communicate via zoom or skype briefly once a fortnight.

You will be emailed a new form each fortnight to submit your new goals and to book in your session. The form is structured in a way that will get you excited about doing the work! You won't be able to submit it until you have the next session booked.

Part of the program is for you to identify a carrot and stick to keep you accountable, after all this is an accountability program:)

An example might be, when I complete my goal I get to have a massage and if I don't complete my goal I will go for a run. (I'm not a fan of running so this is motivational for me!)

Shortly you will need to choose your own rewards and punishments!
