If harm has occurred, please know that we will take your reporting of the incident seriously and will take steps to interrupt and prevent harm, while also seeking to repair relationships. This form will be anonymous and/or confidential unless you choose it to be otherwise. Thank you for trusting The Anthropologists and this process by reporting an incident.
