University Graduation Registration 2021

If you are a university student at Parkland College and you are eligible to graduate in 2021, you will need to register for graduation. You must complete the following form in order to be included in the graduation program and have your grad box mailed to you. The grad box includes: Certificate, Grad gift from Parkland College, Grad 2021 program and a souvenir grad cap and tassel.

NOTE: When you provide your mailing address, be sure that this is a permanent address where you will be able to receive your grad box this summer. If you are planning on moving in the near future, please provide a mailing address of a family member or friend where you can arrange to receive your grad box at a later date.
