UPTOWN BUSINESSES - Please use this form to register.  We will include you in the advertising and map!  You will receive a sign for your window as an official Trick-or-Treat location.

BOOTH SPACES - Please complete this form to register.  You will receive a booth location EMAIL the week of the event.  All booths will be located in the Farmer's Market Parking Lot.  We will include you in the advertising and map!
