Reserve Command, Philippine Army ROTC Registration and Survey
The Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RCPA) is currently undertaking this survey to generate inputs to further improve the content and conduct of the  Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) program.  We also intend to update the roster and details of ROTC graduates.  

If you know of other ROTC graduates, please feel free to forward this survey to them.
ROTC graduates who are now in the active AFP service (Officers and Enlisted Personnel) are no longer required to register.

Rest assured that all individual information and feedback generated from this survey will be kept completely confidential and shall only be utilized to its intended purpose.

We aim to comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA) and cooperate fully with the National Privacy Commission (NPC). We regard your privacy with utmost importance. RCPA is committed to meeting both your personal privacy, which is important to us, and ensuring our genuine and legitimate interests for the organization. The personal data obtained from this survey is entered and stored within the Commands' authorized information and communications system and will only be accessed by the RCPA authorized personnel.
