Kid's Yoga Camp - July 29th and August 1st

Carteret County 4-H and Momentum Yoga & Wellness have teamed up to provide a two day yoga camp for children ages 7-14 years old. The camp will be on Monday, July 29th and Thursday, August 1st from 2:00-4:00 pm each day at Momentum Yoga & Wellness, located at 2900 Arendell St. #16, Morehead City. No experience necessary! Children will learn about yoga, breath-work, mindfulness and yoga mantras through music and will do an art project each day. Cost is $10 per participant, which covers all activities over both days and is due the first day of camp. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, if not, the studio will have extras. Registration is due no later than Friday, July 19.
