Dear members of EGEA,

It is finally time to travel Europe again! We are excited to announce our exchange with the EGEA entity in Leuven! Leuven is a real student city in the heart of Belgium. It is known for a vibrant night life and rich beer culture. The exchange will provide you with the perfect opportunity to meet the students in Leuven and to learn more about the city and Belgium from the locals.

From the 22nd till the 24th of April we will travel to Leuven. EGEA Leuven will provide us with accommodation and a fun programme for this weekend. The transportation and other costs will be on your own account.

The EGEA entity from Leuven will come to Groningen from the 6th till the 8th of May. During this weekend we will show these Belgian students around our beautiful city and student life. We want to invite as many people as possible, so we want to know if it is possible for you to provide some of their students a place to sleep and how many you would be able to host. If this is not possible, don't worry, you can still take part in the exchange in Groningen and in Leuven as normal!

EGEA Leuven is still investigating for how many people they can provide accommodation. If the amount of applications for that weekend is higher than their capacity, we will draw lots to decide who can join. For the weekend in Groningen you will always be able to join. You are also welcome to join our programme in Groningen if you are not able to host anyone or to join the whole weekend.
