What is the project about?
A qualitative research project undertaken with the support for the British Mountain Medicine Society Bursary 'Dr Jim Milledge Mountain Medicine' Award, aimed at identifying what reporting systems exist internationally for reporting accidents and near misses in the mountain environment.

This survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Survey Definitions
Near Miss = an event that did not cause harm, but had the potential to cause injury or ill health
Accident = separate, identifiable, unintended incident, which causes injury or illness
