Make a list of activities that you can perform during social distancing and self-isolation. They don't have to be physical activities, they could be things that improve your mental health such as colouring or cooking. I have also attached a sheet for ideas! I didn't make the sheet, but there are some good ideas. Do not go buy stuff to try ideas! There are a ton of free things you can do at home with the materials you already have!
I hope you are enjoying some down time at home with your families. I know this can be a hard time for a lot of us and it is important to try and keep positive!
