Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." (Matthew 19:14) Faith United's Spiritual Formation and Youth Ministry teams recognize that the pandemic has changed the ways we do ministry. We long to be able to offer Sunday school, Wednesday Night, Story Time with FFLC students and children and youth programming, but are in need of willing volunteers. At the same time, we respect and understand people's concerns for their health and/or the health of family members. As we plan and prepare for fall children and youth ministries, please prayerfully consider how God might be calling you to support Faith United's children and youth and new families that are beginning to connect with our congregation. Some of the ways you can help need no preparation other than an open heart and willing hands. There are opportunities to serve weekly or once a month. Training and resources are provided. Perhaps you have a creative idea we can explore. The people of Faith United are vital to nurturing the faith journey of our children and youth. Our children and youth need our church. Our church needs our children and youth. They need Jesus. And they need YOU!

Faith United's Hospitality Team is vital to welcoming new persons and assisting persons of all ages as they come to worship and Sunday school on Sunday mornings. The Hospitality Crew serves as greeters, ushers and assists guests at the Welcome Center.

Story Time with Faith Friends Learning Center Students - Tuesday mornings, 9am - 12pm. We have a wonderful opportunity to collaborate with Faith Friends Learning Center and Faith United's Library to read to students on Tuesday mornings. Because of the pandemic, Story Time will be in the Family Life Center. Classes come for 20 minutes and enjoy a story, sometimes a simple song or fingerplay and a prayer. Please check all that apply.
