The Office of State Examiner will NOT verify that applicants meet any specific qualification requirements. You will be required to self-certify that you are a citizen of the United States and of legal age.

You will only be allowed to take the online exam ONCE EVERY 30 DAYS. There are no Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accommodations that are available through online testing. If you require special accommodations you will need to go through the normal testing procedures.

Please keep this information for your file as the Office of State Examiner WILL NOT issue duplicate copies. While the eligible list will be available to the jurisdictions by the Office of State Examiner, you will need to submit a competitive employment application (separate form) to the department where you wish to be employed.
