A Campus Recruitment Lead (referred to as CRL) is an incredibly exciting opportunity that is at the intersection of advocacy and marketing, demanding excellent communication and creativity, all in service to a great cause. The CRL is responsible for ensuring that students and faculty on campus are informed of the education crisis in India, inspired by the role that Teach For India plays, and invested to apply to the Teach For India Fellowship.
Our ideal CRL is a committed, well-networked individual, who is high on taking initiative on campus, and has a reliable work ethic. They will drive the Teach For India brand on their campus, embody Teach For India’s core values and deliver results that will fuel Teach For India's Fellowship and mission to end education inequity. The CRL will gain rigorous leadership experience along with ample opportunities to grow, network and upskill themselves.
