Region II Regional Meeting Travel Award Nominations:
Region II is offering two travel awards of $1,250 each to Region II members to reimburse recipients for the cost of registration, travel, hotel or related expenses to attend the Region II Regional Meeting in Annapolis, MD, November 12-15, 2023.
Recipients are selected based on nominations received by the deadline and considered by the Region's Leadership Development and Nominating Committee and the Steering Committee. In addition to attending the entirety of the Region II Regional Meeting, recipients must provide a report of their experience at the meeting and a reimbursement request within 30 days of the conclusion of the meeting.
Eligibility: Nominees must be research administrators from the Region II geographic area (Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Washington, DC) who have never attended an in-person Region II Meeting in person.
Nominees are not required to be members of NCURA at the time of nomination. Travel awards for non-members will include membership in NCURA. Self-nominations are permitted.
Process: Complete and submit this form with a
letter of commitment from the nominee's supervisor. The letter of commitment should be on the institution’s letterhead and should only include the information requested in the template. Email the letter of commitment to adam.greenberg@cuny.edu
Applications are due by September 29, 2023. Nominees will be notified by October 6, 2023.
