Respite Club Staff Application 2019-2020 Season
Thank you for your application to be part of the Respite Club Staff for the 2019-2020 Season!

Parents Night Out (PNO): is a Program that occurs monthly, from September through May, on a Friday evening from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM. PNO is hosted at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. This program serves children (age 6 months old to 13 years old)  with special needs and their siblings. Staff are responsible for providing a safe environment for all campers and staff, leading activities, and ensuring that campers' and counselors' needs are met.

Teen and Adult Day Adventure (TADA):  is a Program that meets monthly, from September through May, on a Saturday at various venues in the San Antonio, Texas Community. TADA serves campers between the ages of 14 and 40 years old with special needs. Staff are responsible for recruiting the appropriate number of volunteers for each events, coordinating with Volunteer Services and Camping Staff, and ensuring that all camper and counselor needs are met within a safe environment.

Adult Life Skills: is a new Program this year. Adult Life Skills is a Program that meets monthly, from September through May, on a Sunday at various venues in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. This Program serves campers between 14 and 40 years old with special needs. Staff are responsible for providing a safe environment for all campers and staff, coordinating with Camping Staff, and assisting with leading activities.
 
Please note:
- All applicants must be at least 16 years old.
- Applicants for Event Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and Behavior Specialist must be at least 18.
- Applicants for Event Supervisor, Assistant Supervisor, and Behavior Specialist must hold current CPI and CPR certifications.
- All staff 18 and over must have a current Background Check on file (within the last year) with CAMP.
- Additional paperwork is required for staff in paid positions.
