CVRPI Forster Focus Group Registration

PLEASE READ FIRST:
  1. Focus groups are happening from February 15 to 22, 2024 as per the schedule below.
  2. The purpose of the focus groups is to engage recreation users of the Forster Landscape Unit in activity-specific conversations on the Forster recreation inventory and any potential recommendations relevant to the activity.
  3. Only sign up for the focus group(s) for the activity(s) you do in Forster Landscape Unit.
  4. Zoom link will be emailed to registrants by noon on the day of the focus group you signed up for
  5. STOP: Please do not sign up for a focus group if you do not recreate in the Forster Landscape Unit. 
  6. NOTE: Please answer all the questions. We will not send zoom links if this form is incomplete.
