In partnership with DoorDash, and other community partners we are now able to bring our delicious Food Pantry items directly to our clients who are incapable of making it to our Community Drive-Thru Food Pantry. If you are homebound, or lack transportation, please complete this survey. After you fill out this delivery request form, we will validate the details provided and send to our delivery partners!
Please note: We ONLY process delivery request within 10 miles of our Food Pantry.
Failure to provide any accurate information will prevent a delivery from being scheduled! Please verify and carefully provide your delivery address and other required information!
