The Tipi Raiser's 2022 Volunteer Trip Registration Forms and Releases
Volunteers are invited to join the Tipi Raisers for Open Volunteer Trips and Race to Winterize Trips to work and play alongside tribal members and help repair homes, deliver needed donations, cut firewood, share meals and learn about Indigenous cultures.

Note: To be completed no later than two weeks prior to trip date.

1) Copy of COVID Vaccination Card (vaccinations are required by the Tribe)
2) Copy of car insurance card if you are using your personal vehicle for this trip
3) Copy of Health Insurance Card
