Due to the presence of Covid-19 in our Hong Kong community, the next cycle of MBSR may be a combination of both IN-PERSON & ONLINE sessions depending on government advisories from week to week. Our mindful learning experience will adapt & flow according to the health protection needs of the community.
Information Session Evenings (free of charge)
(1.5 hours, free of charge) – this meeting provides a brief intro to mindfulness practices, program history, research, course particulars and Q & A  about joining a course.

NOTE - It is required of all enrolled participants.

Cathy is a Certified MBSR Teacher from the Brown University Mindfulness Center, USA.
Prior to that, she completed her MBSR teacher Qualifications from the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center (CFM UMASS) where the original MBSR program was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and has been researched for 40 years. https://mbhadvisory.com/
