Dear Members,

This year marks REAL Women’s 40th anniversary. These past years have been full of intense and challenging activity, which have been very rewarding. We think our efforts on behalf of the family and life have been fruitful and well worth our efforts.

The board of REAL Women thought that this year might be a good time for us to review our practices and procedures to see if we can make changes to better accommodate our work to contemporary society.

To do this, we would greatly appreciate your input by providing us with your insight, ideas and suggestions that can be introduced into our work so as to better communicate our message.

As a start, we have provided a survey which we hope you will take the time to complete, and to which you can add other suggestions and recommendations.  The survey will be mailed out with the March/April REALity.   An electronic survey will also be available to all our members who receive the e-REALity along with the option to print the PDF survey and mail it in to our Ottawa head office. Our electronic survey will remain anonymous for our members who do not want to share their name but our members are also welcome to include their name with their responses if they wish to do so.  You may also remain anonymous by not signing your completed written survey and not putting your return address on the envelope.

The board will be meeting in Toronto on June 22nd – 23rd prior to our Annual General Meeting (which will be held Saturday June 24 in Toronto at the Novotel hotel).

We would like to be able to compile your responses before the board meeting so that we can consider them in-depth.

Consequently we would very much appreciate receiving your response by May 20, 2023, at the very latest.
