CFSC ASSOCIATE MEMBER Ice Block Package (1/1/2024-3/31/2024) Order Form  
This form is for the Cortland Figure Skating Club (CFSC) ASSOCIATE members to order the ice packages for the block from 9/10/2023 to 12/31/2023.  You are required to submit this order form three business days before your first skating session. You are required to submit this order form three business days before your first skating session. If you are planning on skating on 1/3/2024, please submit this form by 12/30/2023 to ensure your Ice Block Package Pass to be ready for you to use.
The club offers the following weekly skating sessions, 
except 1/15/2024 (Monday), 2/4/2024(Sunday), 3/10/2024 (Sunday) 
Sunday: 1:30pm – 3:30pm 
Monday: 5:30pm – 7:30pm 
Wednesday: 6:45pm – 8:45pm 

The club offers two ice package levels.  You need to order a minimum of 8 sessions to be eligible to purchase a package: 

Package A (22 or more sessions) @ $25 per session

Package B (8 - 21 sessions) @ $30 per session
